Eileen Stanfield is a Philadelphia based potter who creates vibrant, functional wares.  She draws inspiration from sights, sounds, and daily encounters with others as well as her love of color.  Eileen is well versed in wheel throwing and slab/mold techniques and works with a variety of stoneware and high fire glazes.  She holds teaching positions in the city and enjoys teaching others the basics and watching their skills blossom while providing guidance and encouragement.
